Chef: ‘Thanks’

I won “chef of the year 2016” from the Cayman Culinary Society.

I have worked in the Cayman Islands for almost six years as a sous chef at Cracked Conch.

I would like to thank all the culinary teams in the wonderful Cayman Islands. Thanks for supporting me.
