To mix things up a bit, this year the Cayman Islands Flag Football coed league has decided to not have an A and B league. Instead, there are West and East divisions. This allows teams to play different caliber teams, which brings more of a competitive edge to the game, organizers said in a press release.

In the second week of games on Friday, March 3, at the Ed Bush field, Seafire met Dart in the East Division, and Deloitte played Cayman National Bank in the West Division. Dart beat Seafire 26-19, and Cayman National Bank defeated Deloitte 27-20.

The second games of that night were between NCB Islanders and Fifty Shades in the East Division, and Go Flag Yourself and Uncle Clems Packers in the West Division. NCB lost to Fifty Shades by a score of 20-12. Uncle Clems dominated their game, beating Go Flag Yourself 42-6.

The last games of the night featured Burger Shack vs. Walkers in the East Division and Popeyes vs. Cayman Auto. Burger Shack won 13-7, and  Popeyes defeated Cayman Auto 26-6.

The flag football association acknowledged Scimone Chin and Maleke Ebanks of Fifty Shades for winning female and male player of the week.
