Pilates is a method of exercise that uses your own body weight as well as specially designed apparatus and small props to improve your core strength, ﬂexibility, posture, coordination and enhance mental awareness.
Pilates is a practice that improves and complements all forms of ﬁtness and sport and is often used for injury rehabilitation. Elite athletes, weekend warriors and everyone in between can beneﬁt from practising pilates.
The Pilates Studio is a boutique studio that opened in Sept. 2019. It was speciﬁcally designed to house our Balanced Body equipment and provide small group classes and private workouts.
Our aim is to create a welcoming environment for all participants that will leave them feeling happy and satisﬁed with their workouts, and we encourage every age group, gender and ability level to join us!
Our instructors come from a variety of pilates, dance and ﬁtness backgrounds, which allows us to provide specialised programmes and training.
At the end of 2020, our studio expanded and we took over an additional 1,000-square-foot multi-purpose space right next door!
This amazing new addition has allowed us to expand our class offerings to include pilates barre for those who want to sweat it out to some great ballet-inspired workouts as well as adult beginner and intermediate ballet classes, adult contemporary dance classes and private instruction.
