Dave Richard Ebanks has pleaded not guilty to arson in relation to an early morning fire at North Side Police Station on 31 July this year.
The 55-year-old, of Rum Point Drive in North Side, was arrested on Wednesday, 2 Aug., over the incident which left the unoccupied building badly damaged.
Ebanks was remanded in custody and appeared before Magistrate Angelyn Hernandez in Summary Court on Monday, 7 Aug. She denied his bail application.
He then appeared before Judge Cheryll Richards in Grand Court on Friday, 15 Sept. when he pleaded not guilty to the crime and was refused bail again.
The defendant will remain in custody until his trial in Grand Court on 16 Oct.
